*Currently all Reiki and energy work are through distance sessions by appointment.

**If you are in need of a Distance Reiki session, please don’t let inability to donate be a block to receiving this service if you are in need of it.**

Coaching:

*Currently all coaching sessions are by phone.

No cost for an initial consultation to see if we’re a good fit. (approximately 15 minutes) 

Foundation Session-1 hour $100

Ongoing Sessions 30-45 minutes $75

Prepaid package of Foundation + four ongoing sessions $340

Prepaid package of five ongoing sessions (following the Foundation session or the Foundation + Four sessions) $300

Maintenance sessions:

 (After the Foundation + Four and you have come to the change you wanted) 20-30 minutes $50.

Please note-I am not a medical or mental health practitioner. I am happy to work with your doctor or health care provider but I do not provide these services. If you need services outside the scope of our work, you will be asked to find an appropriate medical/mental health provider. I do not bill or work with any insurance companies.
